| |OCTOBER 20268Brookfield, a global investment company, has declared the purchase of a complete 100 per cent stake in the industrial and logistics (I&L) portfolio of ESR India -- an I&L real estate developer for Rs.4,300 crore ($450 million). The portfolio covers 10.5 million square feet (msf), and the purchase signifies Brookfield's entry into I&L real estate in India. The allocated Rs.4,300 crore will be used for the purchase and upcoming development of the portfolio, with ESR managing the properties in the short term.Covering around 400 acres in six metropolitan areas, the portfolio consists of eight Grade A parks situated in Mumbai, Pune, Delhi-NCR, Chennai, and Kolkata.Created and overseen by ESR, the assets are positioned along industrial and freight routes strategically placed near important manufacturing and warehousing centers, offering access to recognized consumption areas and logistics networks, as per reports. The operating portfolio is nearly 98 percent rented. The portfolio incorporates light manufacturing plants, fulfilment centres, and warehouses, granting Brookfield immediate presence in several of India's top industrial and logistics sectors, according to the company. New Relic, the intelligent observability platform, today announced the launch of Infrastructure 360, a comprehensive solution empowering platform engineering, infrastructure and operations teams to drastically reduce incident response times by giving teams an end-to-end view of their cloud resources, dependencies, and configuration changes. With New Relic's existing infrastructure observability capability as its foundation, Infrastructure 360 is built directly on top to deliver a significantly deeper level of information with a dedicated user interface (UI). This provides engineers with the operational foundation to ensure their teams can deploy AI with confidence. To support modern development, platform engineers must balance four critical pillars: velocity, reliability, cost, and security. However, in the AI era, where infrastructure scaling happens at unprecedented speed and complexity, managing these four pillars has become increasingly untenable using legacy tools. As AI-driven workloads rapidly scale and change underlying resources, the risk of unmonitored edits and silent configuration drift grows exponentially. Half of major production outages stem directly from these untracked infrastructure changes. When an incident occurs, teams are often forced to jump between disconnected tools, struggling to answer basic questions about what is running, monitored, or recently changed. Ionage, the AI-enabled energy management platform that operates India's most widely networked EV charging ecosystem, had announced that it has risen $1.3 million in pre-Series A funding. Ionage is an asset-light software and interoperability layer that enables the largest CPO networks in India, SME CPOs like restaurants & fuel station owners, real-estate developers, housing societies, and commercial fleets to work together; much like how UPI allows different banks to use a common payments infrastructure. The fund raised will be used to expand coverage to 100% of active charger networks in India to help EV users with discoverability & payment and enable SME CPOs set-up and manage station efficiencies.Ionage has onboarded over 25,000 four-wheeler charge points and now supports 63+ fleets charging across the country. Backed by a network of 75+ charging partners and powered by national charger mapping and roaming capabilities, Ionage is on track to process a monthly energy throughput of 20+ million units within the next 12 months; driven by consistent month-on-month growth of 25+%.
