The latest funding round values Lyte at $1.6 billion after investment.Lyte creates bespoke silicon, multimodal sensors, and spatial software that enable robots to detect their location and the movement in their surroundings, a technology stack the company has developed and fully owns from the transistor level. Since revealing its operations in January 2026, Lyte has begun production and is delivering to top robotics clients in the inspection, logistics, and manufacturing sectors. LyteVisionTM, the perception platform from the company, received the CES 2026 Best of Innovation award in Robotics.Lyte was established by ex-Apple and PrimeSense engineers whose contributions advanced 3D perception into the mainstream via Microsoft Kinect, later becoming essential to Face ID, benefiting over a billion people globally."Physical AI encounters a sensing issue prior to facing a model issue." A robot cannot operate safely on information that does not accurately represent reality. Scooby's Club, India's first network of premium dog-care hubs in residential neighborhoods, has raised $250,000 in a pre-seed funding round led by TDV Partners. The company is building a new category of trusted, free-roam dog daycare, hotel and spa services for India's growing population of pet parents, starting with Bengaluru.The fundraise will support Scooby's Club's expansion to two new properties across Bengaluru neighbourhoods over the next six to 12 months. The company will also use the funds to hire and train canine coaches to deliver an expert-led experience and address the growing demand for high-quality, everyday dog care.Scooby's Club was founded in 2025 by Animeha Singh and Ankit Gupta, both XLRI Jamshedpur alumni with nine years of experience each as operators in the startup ecosystem. Animeha has also studied canine behavior and has expertise in dog psychology and behavioral science.The duo started the company after identifying a need for a trusted second space for pets while their owners manage work, errands and social commitments. Their personal experiences highlighted the lack of transparency and consistent standards in traditional dog-care services. The technology giant Adobe has purchased the Indian AI automation firm Rilo, just under a year since its founding. The agreement represents Adobe's second recognized acquisition of an Indian firm, after its acquisition of the generative AI video company Rephrase.ai in 2023, and occurs as the company intensifies its focus on agentic marketing and AI-driven automation. The firms did not disclose the financial specifics of the deal.Established in September 2025 by IIT Bombay alumni Dhruv Jaglan and Georgi Boby, Rilo enables prosumers and non-technical individuals to articulate intricate workflows in simple English, empowering AI agents to create and implement them across numerous tools. Rilo ultimately transformed into a platform for 'AI personnel' catering to marketing and GTM teams, managing workflows related to competitive intelligence, prospecting, LinkedIn outreach, Reddit marketing, social content, and campaign research, and became an early competitor to Claude Cowork.
