Application Development Hosts a Paradigm Shift

Coding is currently at the heart of ‘everything’ deep tech, and programming has been a huge part of every thing tech over the past two decades. Whenever programmers write a computer program in any programming language, the goal is always to create a useful application software module. But traditionally, it refers to a lengthy, complex set of

commands & instructions that comprise a syntax. But over the past few decades, the tech realm has managed to reduce the number of codes, engendering the terminologies, low-code & no-code (LCNC), while also improving the efficiency of codes and speed of execution. Low-code basically implies a set of forms and easier syntax that can be pre-loaded and added to build a program logic. This reduces about 30 percent of your coding time.

Asia Pacific is leading the adoption of LCNC solutions. According to the 2020 Software Survey of Asia Pacific, more than half of the region's top executives are confident in using such technologies in their organizations. For example, a Nasscom report says that India's low-code & no-code market is currently $400 million, and it can grow up to $ 4 billion by 2025. Lowcode & no-code development technologies and platforms are also gaining popularity in other countries such as the United Kingdom, Germany, Russia, Canada, Australia, South Africa, Turkey, and more. These facts show that the world is now looking for alternatives to custom app development techniques, and the timing couldn’t be any better to come up with a special issue based on the LCNC ecosystem. Do let us know your thoughts.
