“Proper learning needs individualization. If a student is good at programming, but is week at other subjects, what should we do? There should be a way to sharpen his/her skills. This makes individualization important. This is where skill mapping and learning path comes in. If we can map all skills of a student across the week, we can understand the learning path, and can be followed. NLP can help in this regard,” adjoined Dipyaman Sanyal.
