Grow the company with the all-in-one CRM, sales, and marketing programme designed specifically for serious business owners. Keap platform centralizes your customer details and everyday activities, allowing you to spend more time on growing your company rather than doing routine tasks. Keap's pricing starts at $79.00 per feature. There is no free version available. Keap provides a risk-free trial. For one person, Keap Grow provides 500 contacts every month. You may also use Keap's email marketing and CRM, as well as send invoices and quotes, arrange meetings, use company text messaging and a phone line, and send invoices and quotes.

Keap Grow will cost $79 per month. If you wanted Expert Coaching in addition to your subscription, you'd have to pay $99. In comparison with Keap pricing here are some CRMs alternatives that you could use for your business.

1. EngageBay :

In terms of functionality, EngageBay is a tool that can almost equal Keap. Email marketing, landing pages, live chat/helpdesk, ticketing, appointment scheduling, contact management, and other services are available. When you look at EngageBay’s paid plans, you will see the difference. The prices are extremely fair, particularly when considering the breadth of their services. There are no mandatory onboarding fees for their Pro plan, which costs $49.99 a month. Engage Bay gives you the flexibility to store as many (or as few) contacts as you want. Notes can be added, records can be stored, and leads can see which emails they've received and any chats they've had with agents. Considering these prices and free plans offered by Engage Bay their prices are way better then Keap Pricing.

There is no free plan, and the most basic plan costs $79 a month for 500 contacts and one person. Furthermore, main features like landing pages, pipelines, advanced automations, and reports are only available on the Pro ($149/month) package. These are the few drawbacks of Keap Pricing packages.

Advantages of EngageBay:
Engage Bay boasts a sales and marketing CRM as well as features like:
• Sales and Marketing CRM
• Email marketing automation
• Email sequences
• Live chat
• Reporting
• Lead capture Webforms

Disadvantages of Engage Bay:
The only drawback we discovered with Engage Bay is that their list of integrations is limited.

2. Sugar CRM :

SugarCRM is a cloud-based platform for automating sales, marketing, account management, and customer relationship management. SugarCRM includes customizable home pages, a new-user "wizard" tool for beginners, a shortcut bar, enhanced-view global search functions, and downloadable plug-ins, among other things. SugarCRM is a free and open-source CRM system. This provides flexibility in customizing the solution to meet the needs of various businesses. SugarCRM also interacts with a variety of third-party systems and supports the development of new modules using the built-in tools. The software is compatible with Windows, Linux, and both Windows and Mac operating systems.

Advantages:
SugarCRM users seem to appreciate the ability to customize dashboards. They do the same thing with the initiative and report setup wizards. These features, as well as the ability to connect with multiple email providers, are frequently listed in user reviews.

Disadvantages:
There has also been feedback that HTML templates and coding do not always migrate cleanly to the CRM and must be cleaned up after the import. If you have your own developers, this isn't a big deal, but if the service is outsourced, it can be a huge pain.
As a result, SugarCRM pricing is determined by the items you choose, with different pricing and features available for each. Its app is available for a free seven-day trial. Keap pricing depends on the specific product such as Lite, Pro, Max, and Max Classic, each one providing the best value for a new business, a growing business, an established business, or for advanced ecommerce. A 14-day free trial is available.

3. Pipedrive :

The origins of Pipedrive can be traced back to direct sales. Two of the co-founders had a growing amount of pain with CRM software as sales managers and trainers. There was clearly no effective way to manage the company's revenue pipeline. As a result, they teamed up with talented developers in 2010 to build Pipedrive, a simple but effective tool for managing projects.
Pipedrive costs $12.50 per user/month and is ranked 2 on a scale of 1 to 10, which is significantly less than the average cost of CRM apps. The software is ranked 6 as compared to its rivals, which is close to the average CRM software cost. Keap pricing starts at $40 per month. Pipedrive is best for freelancers, small to mid-sized businesses, non-profits, and local businesses. Small companies and start-ups are among Keap's target customers.

Advantages:
With Pipedrive, the business will always have an effective and user-friendly overview of the sales pipeline. The sales team and deal makers would love it because of the sales funnel strategy built into the app. Your deals will be grouped into sales levels, allowing you to monitor the success of your team and decide which deals should be pushed. You'll also keep track of the sales team's accomplishments as well as the deals made to leads.

Disadvantages:
• Contrary to popular belief, there are a number of disadvantages to using this method.
• Designed specifically for small and medium-sized businesses.
• There are no connections to larger companies such as SAP or Oracle.

4. Insightly :

Insightly is a job and event scheduling, email notification, and social media integration CRM and project management solution. Insightly assists small companies in handling contacts, organizations, clients, distributors, and suppliers, which is a critical activity. Though its CRM and Sales framework do a great job of keeping simple sales functions native. So, if it weren't for a single sales tool, you'd be less likely to feel the need to bundle goods together and end up overpaying for a service you shouldn't need. One user account, contact management, marketing automation, and unlimited emails are included in the Keap pricing plans, which start at $199 per month.

Advantages:
Powerful set of features with built-in project management capabilities
Options for a wide range of integrations

Disadvantages:
Insightly's shift to a mid-market product may put it out of reach for small businesses.
Leads require additional support.
