Motorola Expects Triple Digit Growth in India

Motorola claims that its focus on offering innovative smartphones at a variety of price points has allowed it to achieve profitably as well as rapid growth while it aims to expand at least in triple digits in the Indian market for the next quarters.
Similar to most cases with the pandemic pushing technology’s growth, the company also believes the same, particularly with the smartphone industry. The company including Lenovo believes that their business has been growing immensely in the smartphone sector and their overall business.
During the pandemic, demand for cellphones and computers increased around the world as individuals embraced working and studying from home.
Upon recalling last quarter’s results, the company proclaimed that its global revenue growth had sprung up to 64 percent. Better yet, the growth was not only from one or two regions, but in double and triple-digits in most of the company’s geographies.
A quick flight to Latin America, the company says it embraced a 21.2 percent market share, recalling it to be the highest ever.
"Our goal is to grow in the triple digits, and I believe we are implying that the market will not expand in the triple digits. As a result, every month, every quarter, we will earn shares”, says Prashanth Mani, Executive Director, Motorola.
The company has expanded 235 percent faster than the market, which it refer to as premium to market and this the company views as a significant indicator.
Speaking of volumes the company grew 351 percent annually in the June 2021 quarter.
It believes to be performing exceptionally well in all countries and markets, particularly in India.
"Our goal is to grow in the triple digits, and I believe we are implying that the market will not expand in the triple digits. As a result, every month, every quarter, we will earn shares”, says Prashanth Mani, Executive Director, Motorola.
The company's goal is to outperform the market in terms of revenue growth.
Regarding the elements that have contributed to Motorola's great success, Mani claims the company’s emphasis on bringing innovations at various price points is the company's underlying core conviction.
Additionally, the company also unveiled two new devices to bolster its position in the mid-priced market.
Sleek and luxurious designs, fast processors, 108 MP cameras, 10-bit AMOLED screens, up to 135G band support, and innovation through the 'Ready for' software platform distinguish these Made-in-India additions to the 'edge' franchise.
