
Thoma Bravo to Acquire Verint Systems for about $ 2 Billion

Thoma Bravo is planning to acquire call center software maker Verint Systems for about $2 billion, including debt.
The company finished at $20.47, resulting in a market value of $1.23 billion, based on LSEG data.
A deal might be revealed as soon as Monday, according to the report, which noted that a final decision hasn't been reached and negotiations could still fail or the timing and conditions might change.
Thoma Bravo, with approximately $184 billion in assets under management as of March 31, ranks among the biggest software-centric investors worldwide. The private equity firm has purchased or invested in over 530 software and technology firms.
Earlier this month, it acquired the human resources software provider Dayforce for $12.3 billion, including debt, signifying one of Thoma Bravo's most significant take-private transactions.

Dayforce, Inc., a worldwide leader in human capital management (HCM) technology, has recently declared it has reached a definitive agreement with Thoma Bravo, a prominent software investment firm, to transform into a privately held entity in an all-cash deal valued at $12.3 billion.

According to the agreement, Dayforce shareholders will receive $70.00 per share in cash. The price per share reflects a 32 percent premium over the Company’s unaffected closing share price on August 15, 2025, which was the last trading day before media speculation about a possible transaction.
