In the context of the On Screen Marking (OSM) system implemented during the COVID-19 pandemic and in e-courts, our DMS solutions have proven to be highly beneficial. During the pandemic, when exams transitioned to home assignments, our OSM solution facilitated registered students in uploading scanned answer scripts on a web portal. The software effectively removed identifying information such as Roll Number, Name, and College from the uploaded pages, randomizing them for examiner evaluation. This allowed examiners to assess and provide marks through a secure portal login from any remote location, eliminating the need to physically visit evaluation centers.

Furthermore, in the realm of E-Court, a significant project under the Digitization India initiative with strong backing from the Government of India (GOI) and Chief Justice of India (CJI), our DMS solution has played a pivotal role. Developed on an Open Source platform, the aim is to achieve paperless court operations. The DMS provides a standardized platform, database, and application for all courts within a state. This standardization facilitates seamless inter-court transfer and referral of cases, promoting efficiency and ease of access.
