Can you share a recent challenging project that highlights the success of your solutions and the positive impact they had on the client's outcomes?
One of our most rewarding recent projects was with a leading healthcare firm struggling to drive digital adoption among their sales team. Their reps had access to a wealth of data, but most lacked the technical skills to use it effectively. Only around 30 percent regularly relied on data for planning, while more than 60 percent found it too complex to access.
Moreover, they were spending nearly two extra hours each day on repetitive manual tasks like data entry.
As an AI consultant, we knew automation and usability had to be at the heart of the solution. We developed a voice-enabled, mobile-based AI assistant using our SmartBots platform. Powered by Amazon Lex, it understands natural language, stores interactions using RDS, and uses Amazon Lambda to process business logic. Most importantly, it integrates seamlessly with the client’s enterprise tools, Salesforce CRM, ERP systems, and internal knowledge bases.
The result? Sales reps can now access key insights, capture information automatically, and communicate with the system naturally, with no technical expertise required. By reducing manual effort and making data accessible, we significantly improved productivity and engagement.

Palni’s success is driven by its talented and ever-growing team of over 500 professionals. We take pride in assembling dedicated Subject Matter Experts across every key business unit, from telecom services to semiconductor manufacturing to GIS to insurance, ensuring that each solution is thoughtfully crafted to address specific client challenges.
