How did the post-COVID era impact the healthcare technology industry and what steps did your company take to respond to the changing demands and accelerate digital transformation in healthcare?
The pre-COVID era saw healthcare technology primarily used for legislative and operational aspects. However, the post-COVID era brought about a tectonic shift in healthcare demands. The realization of manual inefficiencies and the lack of digital records for easy reference accelerated the urge for digital transformation. We heeded this call and adapted its solutions to
automate not just administrative and operational tasks but also overall infrastructure, catering to Tier1, Tier2, and Tier3 towns. Armed with cutting-edge solutions, invaluable expertise, and a vision for the future, we are poised to make a lasting impact on the global healthcare technology industry.

Please walk us through some of the pressing challenges that the company has come across? Tell us how you
overcome those problems?
Triotree Technologies faced its share of challenges, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. As a bootstrapped company, resource allocation and financial balancing were critical concerns. The pandemic's impact on the B2B segment, with plummeting OPDs, required strategic maneuvering. Despite these obstacles, we persevered and ensured that no employees were laid off during the challenging times, a testament to employees' resilience and dedication.
How has been the overall journey of the company till date? Also, what are the significant milestones that the company has achieved over the years?
Since its inception in 2012, Triotree Technologies has achieved remarkable milestones. Our first client in 2013, followed by a JCI accredited hospital partnership in 2014, set the stage for success. Angel investment in 2015 and international clients in 2015 further propelled our growth. The launch of our pioneering mobile app in 2017 and significant deals in 2019 solidified our position as a promising HIS product company in India. The post-COVID era brought an even brighter outlook for us, with prestigious collaborations in the Middle East, Africa, and Malaysia, fortifying our global presence.
What is the future roadmap envisioned for Triotree Technologies? Where is it headed for the next five years?
Triotree Technologies' journey has been a testament to our passion for healthcare technology and our dedication to empowering hospitals, clinicians, and patients alike.
