Initially, our company started as a printing technology firm and later expanded to offer advanced Document Management System (DMS) solutions. Our DMS journey began in 2017 when we set up the largest digital library in India. We worked with various SIs to implement our DMS at some of the largest judicial high/district courts in India including Rajasthan, Odisha, Madras, Kerala, Punjab & Haryana, as as we helped them establish their entire digital repository, including documents, videos, audio, pictures, and more. Additionally, we worked with One of the leading global manufacturers of two-wheelers to streamline all their departments, including marketing, legal, Research & Development finance, HR, and more onto the cloud, enabling remote access for everyone. While we

provide both on-premise and cloud-based installations, more than 90 percent of our clients prefer cloud-based installation.

Tell us about your flagship DMS based offerings and what makes them unique. What is the kind of technology framework embedded in them?

Our company utilizes AI-powered technology, including document recognition and classification, intelligent data extraction, semantic search, data analytics, and multilingual transliteration, in our DMS-based products. We specialize in providing AWS-powered digital repositories, and our mobile-first approach ensures accessibility on both desktops and mobile devices. Our utmost focus is on security, encompassing SSL, end-to end encryption, and a range of features at both the operation and data levels. Our solutions encompass various measures to address the OWASP top 10 vulnerabilities. These measures include password encryption, authentication, user-configurable password policies, input validation techniques to tackle issues like cross-site scripting (XSS) and SQL injection, as well as network security measures such as XSS prevention and token-based encryption.

We have also assisted a major life insurance provider in establishing a state-of the-art cloud repository for over 100 Terra Bytes of data, ensuring seamless access for thousands of concurrent users. Additionally, we have helped a leading two-wheeler manufacturer convert and manage 500,000 records across multiple departments. Furthermore, we have developed a large-scale online repository with advanced architecture to support over 10,000 concurrent users, offering advanced search functions and secure payment integration.

What is the future roadmap envisioned for Vir Softech? Where is it headed for the next five years?

Over the next five to ten years, our company is committed to establishing a solid market presence for our flagship products. We have also ventured into incporatng AI and Machine learning into our platform where we have already made advances in patterns based document classification and content recommendations, secure data protection using trained models, intelligent data extraction, intuitive data analytics, highly accurate handwriting detection and multilingual machine transliteration.

We are also constantly developing and improving several other AI and machine learning capabilites like intelligent decision making, capable knowledge modeling & reasoning. We aim to offer VSDOX as a hosted Saas based solution, as we specifically cater to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), empowering them with secure access to documents and data from anywhere. We prioritize large-scale CMS/DMS projects in collaboration with System Integrators (SIs) and continually enhance the DSpace platform. This positions us as a reliable provider of DMS solutions for organizations in the government, BFSI, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors. With an expanded platform offering workflow design, form creation, and business activity reports, we deliver comprehensive DMS and BPM capabilities.
