Impartner, a channel management platform and a Partner Relationship Management (PRM) provider, announces the acquisition of the Through Channel Marketing Automation (TCMA) business from TIE Kinetix (AEX: TIE), which is a partner marketing automation solutions provider. With the acquisition and the combined expertise of both the companies, the industry is potentially looking at its most holistic channel management platform.

Impartner has been in limelight since the year began. In May, the company had appointed

Perry Smith, who possesses extensive B2B software engineering management experience, as VP of engineering, in addition to appointing veterans Jonathan Spira as CFO and Scott Taylor as VP of customer success. Besides a plethora of products launched in quick succession, earlier this month, Impartner PRM for Microsoft Dynamics 365 was awarded as the ‘Global Product of the Year’ by Business Intelligence Group.

Joe Wang, Impartner’s CEO, commented in a statement, “Now, more than ever, companies need their partners to truly be an extension of their businesses and amplify their voice in markets where they can no longer be physically. Adding what is inarguably the most contemporary, usable and easily adoptable TCMA to help our customers market through their partners is part of our ongoing commitment to deliver the industry's most sophisticated, future-proof channel management platform.”

“We could not be more excited to have Impartner incorporate this technology and the talented team that supports this business into what is already the fastest-growing, most complete and award-winning channel management company worldwide,” said TIE Kinetix CEO Jan Sundelin.

Impartner was originally in 1997 by cloud visionary Craig Flynn and was acquired in 2015 by Kennet Partners and current CEO Joe. Headquartered in South Jordan, UT, the company offers Channel Sales Software, Partner Relationship Managment, PRM, Channel Salesforce Automation, and SFA.
