Infosys Ranked as One of the Top Service Providers

Infosys, a leading next-generation digital consulting and services company, rejoices in ranking number one among the top three service providers in Nordics, according to a research by, 'Whitelane Research and PA Consulting IT Sourcing Study 2021'. The reports stated that Infosys placed first in contractual flexibility and second in overall customer satisfaction across Nordics, with its ability to produce new technologies and services besides driving business innovation and IT transformational changes for its customers.

Customers surveyed for this study rated Infosys among the top three service providers in the Nordics based on general satisfaction KPIs (Key Performance Indicators). The report highlights some of Infosys' main differentiating factors, including:

Infosys ranked first in KPI for service delivery quality, account management quality, contraception flexibility, pricing levels, creativity, subject matter, cloud and digital transformation capabilities and more.

It is estimated as one of the top system integrators as it scored above industry average of five percent yearly.

It was praised for its strong geographic reach and diverse partner networks, alongside increased localization helped clients accelerate their transformatory journeys.

The report also denoted its committed leadership, which drives attention and investments in the Nordics, as well as a sharp emphasis on ERP, technology, cloud services, digital offerings, AI and automation, data analytics, and smart platforms.

The research conducted survey over 350 CXOs and senior decision makers from top IT spending organizations in Nordics and analyzed over 700 unique IT sourcing and 700 cloud-sourcing relationships. It assessed key participants focusing on their service delivery, client relationships, commercial leverage and transformation capabilities.

After substantial increases in customer satisfaction of 9 percent and 5 percent, respectively, Infosys and LTI both reach the top 5. Overall ranking for general satisfaction TCS is the top service provider with an 85 percent score, followed by Infosys and Basefarm (both at 80 percent) and Accenture and LTI (both at 76 percent).
