Tamilnad Mercantile Bank (TMB), among the oldest private banks in India, is leveraging Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications to enhance its goal of providing technology-driven, efficient, and ethical banking solutions.
Using Oracle Fusion Applications for finance, HR, and customer experience, TMB has integrated essential operations and utilized AI to streamline processes, enhance productivity, cut costs, and elevate both employee and customer experiences.
Established in 1921, TMB currently caters to over 5.6 million clients throughout India, boasting more than 600 branches and 5,000 staff members.
In a rapidly changing and competitive digital banking environment, TMB required a transition from outdated systems to a flexible cloud platform to enhance automation and efficiency as it expands. Following thorough assessment, TMB chose to transition its finance, HR, and customer experience operations to Oracle Fusion Applications.
