Tata Digital, MSD are Personalizing Shopping Experience in Tata Neu App

Tata Digital is working with Mad Street Den, a Chennai-based artificial intelligence, using the latter’s Blox.ai platform to personalize and connect shopping experience in its Tata Neu app.

MSD says that the Blox.ai has the ability to extract and enrich content from inventory, content and customer behavior which not only deliver insights but also personalize customer experiences across channels.

“Our AI solutions absorb multi-dimensional data, real-time, responding to customers and users dynamically and deliver value across the value chain”, claims Ashwini Asokan, founder, and CEO, Mad Street Den.

After partnering with Tata Digital, the company says that there has been a relentless focus on Return on Investment to deliver the value of the brands in a single app.

Also, Tata Digital’s CEO Pratik Pal revealed a brief detail about the Rebuild 2022 event organized by MSD and that its partnership on the same began in 2019.

“With Blox.ai, we’re able to solve the entire gamut of problems from cleaning and enriching data to automating a variety of processes that are mission-critical for the companies we work with. Our aim is to make every high-growth company and its teams around the world, AI-native”, adds Asokan

“The strengths that MSD has, especially in fashion and electronics and having worked with some leading customers, they clearly had a very strong base,” Pal said. “We did a very exhaustive due diligence of their entire architecture and even pitted that against other providers, but they stood out very well on sheer business domain expertise, the model that has been trained on retail data, and all of that."

The Tata Neu is a super app that combines diverse offerings across various consumer brands in the conglomerate.

Tata Digital then said that its super app has been downloaded by over seven million users thus far.

Also, Pal claimed that the platform has 150 million consumers from its brands, including 4,800 touchpoints. Pal further said that it has a rising consumer market and feels it is the right time to harness the power.

Recently, Tata Neu is reported to have been considering a slew of moves from leveraging its supply chain capabilities to consolidating data across brands to personalize the app, while pondering to include Metaverse for commerce.
