Could you give a brief account on Depth Consulting’s journey so far in the IT services industry?
Depth Consulting embarked on its journey in 2012, driven by a group of like-minded individuals with a shared desire to create some thing impactful in the ERP consulting space. What began as a small team of two has since flourished into a workforce of over 100 consultants. Our credibility in the Oracle realm allowed us to garner attention from our existing clients, who began entrusting us with new business opportunities. Initially focused on the Banking and Financial Services Industry (BFSI), we gradually expanded our reach

to encompass other verticals. Recognizing the potential for cross selling, we diversified our offerings to include Database Administration, Upgrades, and Project Management Consulting. Other services include Business Analytics which caters to the Data Analytical needs of our customers and empowering their C-Suite with real time and representation of business data for appropriate interpretation of business and identifying growth opportunities.

We are committed to expanding our services within Oracle Cloud, broadening our portfolio of products available for implementation. Looking ahead, we have plans to establish a dedicated learning and development center called ‘Jigyasa’. This center will serve as a hub for offshore support projects and training initiatives, fostering the growth of a skilled and talented pool of professionals in the ERP domain.
