Could you give a brief account of F5 Techno Solutions' impacts in the IT services domain in India?.
F5 Techno Solutions commenced its journey in 2014 solely as a hardware vendor, along with selling laptops and desktops. Following that, we began evaluating some products in our portfolio, which included security solutions and other managed software solutions that added more value to the customer. Gradually, we started shifting our focus towards three segments including data availability, data security, and data analytics and monitoring. Our current core emphasis is on businesses that need assistance in achieving
compliance with regulations like HIPAA, SIPA, SEBI or RBI. We have catered our services to several clients of repute including Hathway, Dell, Bank of Baroda, and Upgrad, among others.

What are the benefits offered through your services portfolio?
We add value to the customer rather than simply providing or selling a product. We understand their problems and pain points and implement solutions that will benefit them in the long run. Along with that, we strive to view major solutions in a way that minimizes external dependencies so they don't have to rely on OEMs and get ROI as soon as possible. In terms of IT infrastructure, we provide solutions that are more simplified and effective for their day-to-day trouble shooting or day-to-day life. And this is why we have referral customers with an excellent client retention rate; some of our clients have been with us for the last seven years because we add real value to them rather than merely selling them our products.
What are the challenges eased through your facility management services, with report management support in particular?
F5 Techno provides facility management services based on a Service Level Agreement (SLA) model as well as a time and manpower support model. In this area, we also specialized in providing remote management support. We provide manpower to the company which is suitable to them, making sure all the technical capabilities and deliverables are maintained by our team. In case they are facing any challenge or issue, they need not follow up or rely on any
OEMs; our team has the capability to get it resolved from the ground up. We provide the best services, backed by our own certified technical team, as per the requirements of the customers within the minimum or committed time frame. This is the most significant advantage for the customer, as they are not dependent on any manufacturer or software vendor. We act as a single point of contact for our clients.
What are the various data storage requirements addressed through your single integrated platform? What is the stand taken to ensure security on the same?
F5 Techno offers a single integrated platform to address all storage needs, including dynamic tiered storage, virtualization, common management, data protection, and archiving. Data is one of the company's most valuable assets, and it must be protected. We make sure that we provide them with a solution that ensures data security while data encryption and transit. We have multiple solutions that are both technically sound and within the company's budget. On the client security front, we provide IT infrastructure security from the entire gateway level to the endpoint level. We try to make it as secure as possible via firewalls, fine-grained access control, security intelligence, and more. At the same time, we have multi-factor authentication, which requires internal or external users to be identified and authenticated before being allowed to connect to the network and access their applications. Nowadays, there are numerous attacks and ransomware happening for which we have multiple security layers which we can provide.
What is the future roadmap envisioned for F5 Techno Solutions? Where is it headed for the next five years?
Our focus is more towards the security aspect. Security will become more and more crucial to every company as they develop, and we will be paying closer attention to this area in particular. Another area where we are placing more emphasis is the cloud segment. People are moving from on-premises infrastructure to the cloud, where they must manage the entire cloud solution, including cloud security and a single dashboard from which they can view cloud utilization and other metrics. Thus, in the next five years, our emphasis is going to move more toward security and cloud solutions.
