Where does msg global stand as a solution provider in the insurance industry?
msg group has been a trusted partner in
the insurance sector for more than 40 years, and our collaboration with SAP dates back more than 20 years. From the beginning, msg was a pioneer in bringing technological change to the insurance industry, starting with our first products for reinsurance. Over the years, we have continued to co-develop solutions with our customers and SAP. And those products evolved and became more and more robust and attuned to the customer requirements, and many were combined into the SAP suite of insurance products. We take great joy in working with customers to look for innovative solutions and the best way to make business processes better and more efficient.

Tell us about the SAP product portfolio and how msg global works with the customer?
For the insurance industry, we provide an end-to-end modular suite of products that focus on the three main business areas of a typical insurer the front, middle, and back office. Our products and services cut across all these work areas to help insurers streamline their operations from every angle of their business. As a consulting, implementation, and managed services provider, we help companies evaluate their current landscape and look for ways to create operational improvements. Those services can range from solution procurement to developing custom products to meet specific objectives. Every business is different, and while off the shelf solutions can be the most efficient, it is always in the customer's best interest to evaluate all options.We work with customers to understand their objectives and look for the best way to develop creative and sustainable solutions.
In terms of the company's product portfolio, what level of technological capabilities and advances is it striving
Machine learning, artificial intelligence, and big data are some of the technical innovations driving the world of business today and will continue into the future. We are incorporating these capabilities into our products and services to further advance technology in the insurance industry and make it more intuitive. As a result, customers will create better predictive analytics with their accumulated data over time. From a platform perspective, our products are transitioning from on premise solutions to the cloud and are available on a pay per use basis. This helps in cost savings, increases availability, and allows continual improvement.

We're talking about hyper automation of insurance solutions, which will drive the market in the coming years. We see companies moving towards high levels of automation to improve back office operations, analytics, and customer experience. And we are investing heavily in creating the technology that will help companies achieve their performance objectives. Hyper automation will be a game changer for the industry.
