Our customers will inevitably want more vertical applications to augment the base unified communication solution. For instance, applications such as curbside pickup and text notifications became import over the past 2 years. Having indepth experience of helping businesses do the same by offering our integrated contact center functionality we will be able to stay in top of the charts as per customer acquisition and satisfaction is concerned.
