At Sangoma we provide a complete set of communications solutions for our customers.
This all starts with our unified communications solutions which provide the voice calling systems for business by using a desk phone. However, business voice solutions also mean being able to make or take a phone call on your smartphone or laptop using business phone number. This “mobility” aspect of the business phone system is part of our solution set.
Unified communications also increasingly means providing video meetings and collaboration (instant messaging and presence). It’s engineered by Sangoma (our phones our video meetings our collaboration, our unified communication system) and they all work together seamlessly and offers unmatched benefits to our customers. For example, if a user is on a desk phone presence can be displayed on our collaboration platform. This type of deep integration is possible
since we engineer both platforms.
