Unified communications also increasingly means providing video meetings and collaboration (instant messaging and presence). What is the future roadmap for Sangoma? Where is it headed for the long run?
Sangoma has grown leaps and bounds in the last few years and we are eyeing at a brighter future with our cutting edge offering. We believe that in the coming days, more and more businesses will strive to migrate from disparate communication systems in their businesses i.e. contact center technology to unified communications. Our customers will inevitably want more vertical applications to augment the base unified communication solution. For instance, applications such as curbside pickup and text notifications became import over the past 2 years. Because we have a CPaaS platform we can create applications that work with our unified communication systems seamlessly. Having indepth experience of helping businesses do the same by offering our integrated contact center functionality we will be able to stay in top of the charts as per customer acquisition and satisfaction is concerned.
