Could you give a brief account of Sidcorptech’s journey so far as one of the leading AWS, Azure cloud service providers?
Started as a hardware reselling company in 2015, and we signed up as an AWS reseller partner in 2018.

However, we faced challenges in onboarding clients to the cloud. Through continuous market learning, we understood the pain points hindering clients from entering the cloud, such as data security, high costs, and support response. This led us to start our cloud journey, focusing on meeting customer demands in data security, cost optimization, and 15-minute response SLA. In 2021, we expanded our services by signing up with Microsoft Azure and Google, becoming one of the leading cloud solution providers for AWS and Azure.

Tell us about your flagship products and services. What makes you a reliable choice for customers?
Our flagship products and services include managed support on Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft 365 Office Suites, and Google Workspace. We are a reliable choice for customers because of our experience, innovation, and customer service. With over five years in the industry, we have gained a deep understanding of client needs and thus we are committed to develop new solutions with continuous innovation, investing in research and development. Our customer service is excellent, with experienced representatives available 24/7, providing 15-minute response SLA.

We have established process to make sure customer complaints are addressed with reasonable time. To explain further, every call is responded within 15 minutes with an expected time of closure. Our record for the last 12 months indicate that 70 percent calls closed within 15 minutes and 20 percent within one hour and 10 percent within three hours. We set an escalation matrix wherein if the issue is not resolved within 15 minutes, chief technical office receive an alert.

In this particular instance, one of our clients was initially spending $5000 per month to operate three SAP servers. They were dissatisfied when another partner offered a lower price of $2500 per month, only to consistently exceed the promised amount in their monthly bills. Through a comprehensive analysis of their usage patterns, we identified areas of over-provisioning and optimized their server configuration accordingly. As a result, the client now pays $3000 per month for seven servers, achieving substantial cost optimization while maintaining optimal performance.
