Aarogyasri faced the challenge of managing multiple mission-critical applications, requiring efficient infrastructure and storage services. DataEvolve proposed a transformation to AWS, enabling disaster recovery and leveraging native cloud services for faster application modernization.

The migration to AWS streamlined service delivery, reduced operational overheads, and provided scalability to handle passenger queries. DataEvolve's primary storage strategy utilized AWS services like Amazon S3 for storing access logs, object files, and data backups with enhanced security through AWS KMS encryption and VPC endpoints. S3 Versioning and lifecycle policies optimized storage costs.

Amazon EBS served as primary data storage for EC2 instances with encryption and regular optimization based on metrics. DataEvolve successfully migrated Aarogyasri's Oracle database to Amazon RDS with Multi-AZ mode for high availability and encrypted it at rest using AWS KMS. The migration to Aurora PostgreSQL Database and adoption of Commvault improved data management and recovery.

The adoption of AWS cloud services brought significant benefits to Aarogyasri Health Care Trust. Further, the cloud-enabled unprecedented scaling of storage, achieving 100 percent continuity with zero percent degradation and virtualizing 100 percent of their estate with 99.99 percent infra-availability. The reduced total cost of data operations by 80 percent eliminated license costs and rationalized storage operations. Moreover, the move to cloud allowed Aarogyasri to process health claim requests seamlessly, track requests status, and serve millions of beneficiaries using government-aided health schemes.
