The pharma industry now has the whole world’s attention, and it is likely to remain so in the post covid era. As a
manufacturer of generic medicines, where is Stature positioned in the current industry? What are your key focus areas?
Stature Life Sciences has elbowed out to be one of the fastest-growing pharmaceutical companies all over India. Our sheer focus revolves around products that boost the immune system of patients and a few products on pain management. Currently, we have a significant amount of focus on developing drugs that boost immunity; our vitamin-rich products like Becozac stand as strong testament to our commitment.
We have Reznew D and recently have also introduced L-Cartinine with methylcobalamin under the brand name of Reznew LC
What are the steps adopted by your company to set the standard for quality, safety, and value in the discovery, development, and manufacture of healthcare products? What makes Stature unique among your peers?
From the very beginning, we ensure that our medicines and healthcare products are of highquality because it is crucial for addressing health problems and improving the quality of life. We always work with manufacturers who have the WHO and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) certifications. We also have a dedicated in-house quality analysis department consisting of pharmacists who carry out a step-by-step review of every batch to deliver high standard products. The quality control team is made up of experienced & certified professionals.
Throw some light on your portfolio, and infrastructure, technology & manufacturing capabilities?
We are primarily focusing on our Cardio and Diabetes brands. Our proven mettle also lies in offering Women-Health, General Medicines, and Nutraceuticals products. We have nearly 2,500 happy customers using our high-quality
products from Chennai, Coimbatore, Madurai, Theni, Dindigul, and a few in Nagercoil. We have recently launched in Pondicherry, Vellore, Krishnagiri, and Hosur. On the other end, we are in Tirupur and also extending to Salem and Erode to cover the entire Tamil Nadu. Going forward, will be marching towards Kerala as well. Our manufacturing partners are spread across several locations in Tamil Nadu.

Share with us a successful case study of one of your latest drugs.
Sure. If you consider diabetic patients and their lifestyles, the amount of vitamins they need to maintain is a little difficult. We had researched the market and came up with one of our brands – Reznew and kept adding many under its name. We have Reznew+ tablets and Reznew+ injections for immediate control of vitamin levels of diabetic patients. This is an additional supplement, but will help the patient have better compatibility. We have Reznew D and recently have also introduced L-Cartinine with methylcobalamin under the brand name of Reznew LC.
Where is the company headed in the years to come? What is Stature’s future roadmap?
We are looking forward to expanding our business into multiple states. We are also planning to improvise our product offerings and increase the customer base to over 10,000 customers by next year. Currently, we are an Rs.4 crore company. Our goal is to become an Rs.10 crore company by 2021 and an Rs.100 crore company by 2026.
