
Atomic Capital Raises Rs 400 Crore in Funding Round

Early growth investment firm Atomic Capital has declared the final closure of its first fund, which has a corpus exceeding Rs 400 crore, targeting early growth-stage Indian consumer, consumer-tech, and consumer-enabler startups. This is among the biggest inaugural funds aimed at driving India’s upcoming phase of consumer expansion. The fund aims to construct a selective portfolio of 10–12 companies, with an average initial investment ranging from Rs 10 to 30 crore, while allocating a portion of the funds for subsequent investments.
The fund would assess startups aiming to secure Pre Series A to Series A funding that have established a PMF. Atomic Capital sets itself apart by engaging deeply in operations and adopting a concentrated, Operating VC strategy to support daring founders. The fund's approach has been developed with DPI as the focal point of investment and exit strategies.

Key focus areas encompass Food & Beverages, Nutraceuticals, Personal Care & Beauty, Jewelry, Apparel & Footwear, Pet Care, Travel & Accessories, Electronics Accessories, Home Furnishing, Logistics, Financial Services, e-Commerce SaaS, Omnichannel Infrastructure, and Manufacturing.
