OpenAI Lands Deals With Consulting Giants in Enterprise Push
OpenAI revealed that it has established long-term collaborations with four consulting firms to facilitate the implementation of its enterprise platform, Frontier.
According to reports, the artificial intelligence company has established "Frontier Alliances" with prominent firms such as Accenture, Boston Consulting Group, Capgemini, and McKinsey & Co.

Lan Guan, the principal officer responsible for AI and data at Accenture, praised OpenAI's Frontier Alliances as a model for integrating the efforts of product, consulting, and strategy firms in order to expedite the deployment of AI technology.
OpenAI is engaged in fierce competition with competitors such as Google and Anthropic to capture users and establish dominance in the market. The company has been actively pursuing enterprise clients in an aggressive manner of late.
According to OpenAI CFO Sarah Friar, roughly 40 percent of the company's business currently comes from enterprises. Friar anticipates this percentage to increase to approximately 50 percent by the end of the year.

Earlier this month, OpenAI introduced Frontier, an innovative intelligence layer designed to integrate various systems and data within an organization. Its primary objective is to streamline the process of managing, deploying, and constructing AI agents, which are autonomous tools capable of independently performing tasks on behalf of users.
Lan Guan, the principal officer responsible for AI and data at Accenture, praised OpenAI's Frontier Alliances as a model for integrating the efforts of product, consulting, and strategy firms in order to expedite the deployment of AI technology.
Dresser explained that OpenAI chose to collaborate with consulting firms due to their established connections with businesses and extensive understanding of their operations. She also noted that the demand for AI services exceeds the capacity of any individual company to fulfill it.

Fernando Alvarez, the Chief Strategy and Development Officer at Capgemini, mentioned that OpenAI is relying on its Frontier Alliances to facilitate the widespread implementation of its technology.
The consulting firms will collaborate with OpenAI's field engineers, who possess extensive technical knowledge and are integrated within various corporations. The companies are also forming specialized teams and making investments in "dedicated practice groups" which will be trained in the use of OpenAI technology.
These teams will receive guidance on the road map, access to technical support, and will be supported by OpenAI's product and research divisions, as stated by OpenAI.
