Britvic Elects Infosys to Establish Strategic Transformation Roadmap

Britvic, one of Europe's leading branded soft drinks companies, has chosen Infosys, the global leader in next-generation digital services and consulting, as a strategic end-to-end partner to help them deliver their strategic transformation roadmap and operations through Applications, Cloud Infrastructure, Service Management, and End-User Computing.

Infosys will provide end-to-end IT services and a technology-driven approach to Britvic's business priorities and strategic digital transformation roadmap as a strategic partner.

Infosys will also use Infosys Cobalt to simplify and streamline its cloud infrastructure and operations, while enhancing service quality through analytics, automation, and process maturity.

Talking about the collaboration, Neal Johnson, IT Director Operations and Infrastructure, Britvic conveyed that Britvic's aim is to be the most dynamic, creative and admired soft drinks company in the world which means IT needs to transform the way service and operations are delivered.

As he deemed that this partnership will also help them to innovate faster, be more agile and to transform quickly by leveraging Infosys's thought leadership as a market leader in IT services for Consumer Goods companies.

Infosys earned top ratings for its workforce management and customer adoption strategies. Buyers praised it for its ability to provide pricing models that suit the company's needs, as well as its ability to provide functional insights and competency in Oracle implementation services.
