Dhwanit Malani has been appointed CEO of Bitwise Solutions Private Limited, a data-driven digital solutions company. Dhwanit has been with Bitwise for more than two decades, holding positions of leadership in delivery, technology innovation, and infrastructure.

He will report to the Board of Directors in his new role. Meanwhile, Bitwise founders Hema Sakhardande, Seema Desai, Salil Sakhardande, and Neelesh Desai will step down from day-to-day operations after 25 years of continuous development, but will remain on the Board of Directors and serve as advisors to the new leadership.
