
PepsiCo India Names Saakshi Verma Menon as the CMO

PepsiCo India has named Saakshi Verma Menon as the chief marketing officer for foods, succeeding Anshul Khanna, who is transitioning to a different position within the food and beverage firm.
Menon, part of the leadership team in India, will oversee the foods marketing strategy, advancing brand growth strategically.
"Thrilled to collaborate on some of the most legendary and cherished brands from PepsiCo—Lay’s, Kurkure, Uncle Chipps, Quaker, Cheetos, and Doritos," Menon posted on LinkedIn . "These brands have been integral to daily experiences for countless individuals, and I’m eager to influence the next phase of their story.”
Menon comes to the India team from the AMESA region team at PepsiCo, where she helped develop the marketing strategy and led collaborative efforts across markets to create campaigns for major brands like Pepsi, 7Up, and Dew.

With more than twenty years of varied marketing experience, Menon has been employed at firms like Colgate-Palmolive, Uber, and Kimberly-Clark.
PepsiCo India announced a revenue of ₹8,877 crore and a net profit of ₹883.4 crore for the year ending 31 December 2024. The outcomes mainly represent revenue from its packaged foods division and the liquid concentrate supplied to its bottling associate. The snacks division of the company exceeded ₹6,800 crore.
