Conneqt is a business service provider in India, and has served over 250 clients in the customer lifecycle management space for 18+ years. Recognizing the need for digitalization, we established Conneqt Digital to provide comprehensive digital IT services. With technology partnerships and in-house

Our insurance service provider client faced disconnected customer experiences due to outdated technology, manual processes, and

broken journeys. Our solution was to digitize end-to-end process flows, optimizing the entire lifecycle through a mobile omni-channel experience platform and state-of-the-art technologies. This led to improved customer engagement, reduced churn, and increased upsell/cross-sell opportunities. For another BFSI customer, our solution involved analyzing customer conversations for sales conversion, compliance, sentiment, and engagement on speech analytics. We used process redesign, technology implementation, and automated omnichannel solutions to empower customer agents, provide better data availability, and enhance overall operations. Our digital solution competencies and frameworks have helped multiple customers across industries achieve their business goals.

How is the team built and what are the methods they follow to draw valuable insights from the market to help the company stay a float among its peers?
Assembling a team with strong technology and engineering capabilities was a top priority for us. Our leadership team and 300+ staff are experts in digital engineering, automation, digital assurance, and analytics, with a proven track record of using technology to drive business outcomes. We understand the importance of engineering competencies to work with complex digital platforms, which is why we have built competencies across the full digital spectrum and hire skilled architects to design and scale systems. A strong tech and engineering team is critical to achieving the best possible outcomes for our customers.

What is the future roadmap envisioned for Conneqt Digital? Where is it headed for the next five years?
We are optimistic about our growth prospects.
