Ensuring cybersecurity has become essential for industries that work on IoT. Therefore a rising demand for cybersecurity can be heard from various industries. Please give a succinct portrayal of the services that you offer for industries that seek prime cybersecurity solutions?
When it comes to providing niche security solutions to its customers, RAS Infotech has been a pioneer in the cybersecurity industry for over two decades. We are committed to providing our customers with the latest technology the industry has to offer and open up new avenues of business for our channel partners. We have partnered with technology leaders in the

relevant solution category and are able to provide our customers with effective protection to fulfill their cybersecurity needs, thereby enhancing their business uptime. Furthermore, one of RAS Infotech’s initiatives towards providing IT Security Services to its customers and channel partners is the concept of ‘RAS Security Labs’. This initiative is a result of RAS Infotech’s two decades of experience in the Cyber Security domain and comprises of trained, experienced and certified experts in areas like Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing, Security Orchestration, Automation and Response and Ethical Hacking to name a few.

Cybersecurity services are vivid and vast that spread across the length and breadth in different areas of IoT. How RAS Infotech is bringing in vendors who are specialized in different areas of cybersecurity operations into your platform?
One of our focus areas is constant enablement of our people which includes technology & product training, and skill developments. This enables our team to be a step ahead when it comes to technology advancements. From an IoT perspective specifically, RAS has partnered with vendors like F-Secure, which provides protection for IoT devices and GENIAN who are leaders in the Network Access Control space. RAS Infotech partners with key technology vendors across the globe thereby ensuring that our customers benefit from every technological advancement in the IT market.

A lot of enterprises prefer security solutions that are powered through AI and ML since it can accelerate incident detection and quickly communicate the risk. Tell us how RAS Infotech is sewing such innovative applications along with your services?
RAS has always been a pioneer when introducing new generation technologies to its customers and channel partners. Our core strategy team discusses and engages with potential vendors in the AI and ML space to understand the offerings and how they can benefit our customers who function in various industry verticals. F-Secure which is one of RAS’s key partner provides EDR solutions which effectively utilize AI and MI to detect known and unknown ‘Advanced Persistent Threat attacks and respond. Moreover, RAS also works with DFlabs, a SOAR (Security Orchestration Automation Response) company, which utilizes ML to detect particular threats and take remedial action to name a few.

Kindly share an implementation story which has become a turning point for RAS Infotech.
RAS takes the privacy concerns of its customers seriously and has NDA clauses with its customers for the same. However, to talk in figures, we have 1600 plus customers across India & Middle East. Also, we are the first to start offering Data Leakage Protection solutions (DLP) for the Middle East market. More so, our Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing service has been tremendously popular with an average of 30 application penetration tests per week at different customer environments, over the last few years across India & Middle East.

Tell us about the future roadmap of the company, how do you intend to further secure your clients’ business environment?
We are investing heavily in R&D and people, while also laying a blueprint to facilitating 24x7 support services. We are also planning to extend our geographical outreach in major metros, including tier 2 cities, in phases.
