Schwettmann Technologies is a Microsoft Partner and we are specialized in Microsoft cloud solutions, including Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, SharePoint and Blockchain. Schwettmann Technologies also offers a wide range of digital transformation services, including business process consulting, application development, and infrastructure management.

Here is a case study of how our solution changed the scenario for the better for one of our clients, a large telecommunications company. The telecommunications company was facing a number of challenges, including legacy CRM system, manual contract management process that was prone to errors, process was also time-consuming and inefficient and manual case handling process that was not meeting the needs of its customers. The system was difficult to use and did not provide the company with a single view of its customers.

The company decided to implement Microsoft cloud solutions to address these challenges. We implemented solution on Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform and the client observed immediate benefit of Improved customer relationship management and improved contract management by providing a single place to store, manage, and track its contracts. The company was able to automate its case management by automating several tasks, such as creating new cases, assigning cases to employees, and updating case status. Additionally, the company achieved significant time and cost savings.
