What were the major gaps you witnessed within the industry that inspired you to start this venture?
Cybersecurity has always been a vast area, and as the key players our distinctiveness lies in being the technical partner for our customers. Since the skills of cyber security are not limited to a few technologies, customers often face enormous problems, and these problems have become an opportunity for us. As they

have so many solutions to opt for, to get the maximum juice out of the solution, they need people who understand cyber security deeply.

As there are a lot of attacks happening nowadays, including memory attacks, different ransomware, data thefts, and so on, our USP lies in bringing a lot of new technologies to India and we are exclusively promoting technologies that are very niche in this particular domain. Customers want to depend on somebody whom they can trust which is very rare in the industry. Being exclusively proficient in multicloud security, we always do an extremely good job in managing the customer's pain points. The way we approach the problem is very different from many of the co-players of the industry and that is the reason we have been able to maintain a significantly rich customer base across the globe.

With technologies changing continuously and more players coming into the picture, how do you keep up with these constant changes?
Equipped with an extremely well trained R&D team that keeps on looking at the various markets and the relevant threats pertaining to them, we are eager to explore the innovative solutions that can fit this requirement. Modern day hackers are not the same as robbers because they are trained with high tech standards of hacking which are advanced.

So, we need to have solutions that can not only counter their efforts but can read their moves in advance. Although we have brought some amazing technologies to India in this domain, the typical problem is the old technology of antivirus. People have started looking at EDR as the highest solution, as a very high solution, we have introduced SDR with managed services to the industry which is almost seven in one solution. Doing a correlation between files and host users, SDR creates and analyzes to generate meaningful disruption technologies to deceive the attackers. We call them deterrents and this is one of the biggest challenges in the security industry today which has become a boardroom topic.

What is your future roadmap going forward? What are the plans that you have in mind for the company?
As a total cyber security manager and service partner for our clients, we want to take the complete load off our customers and support them in getting their peace of mind whom they can trust. We are also venturing into some latest technologies such as next generation SOC, SDN solutions, intelligence services, production services, Incident Reporting Services, and so on. Working predominantly to change the way people protect their data we will try to protect the data at the runtime, as it gets generated.
