One MobiKwik Systems Ltd., the biggest digital wallet in India, announced two senior-level promotions targeted at bolstering its core businesses and speeding up product innovation as part of a strategic strategy to bolster its executive leadership team and accelerate scale.

Building on his noteworthy accomplishments since joining MobiKwik in August 2023 as Senior Vice President-Engineering for the company's Payments segment, Saurabh Dwivedi has been promoted to Chief Technology Officer (CTO).

Saurabh has been instrumental in creating high-performing engineering teams, improving infrastructure scalability, and developing new products over the last two years.

His prior position as VP-Engineering at MakeMyTrip, where he was instrumental in the platform's growth, provides him with invaluable knowledge.

The four departments that Saurabh will lead as CTO are Payments, Financial Services, Core Platform, and Infrastructure & InfoSec. MobiKwik is concentrating on using AI as a growth accelerator this year.

With projects like AI-Assisted Product Development, Efficient Collections, and Customer Delight, Saurabh is spearheading the charter.

By doing this, the business hopes to increase revenue, speed up go-to-market, scale more quickly, and increase profits through intelligent automation.

Dhruv Wadhera was also elevated to the position of Senior Vice President (SVP), Offline Payments. Since June 2023, Dhruv has been in charge of MobiKwik's Offline Payments segment, driving the company's growth throughout India".

"The company has expanded dramatically under his direction, strengthening MobiKwik's local presence and facilitating the adoption of digital payments by millions of small businesses".

"Dhruv oversaw P&L operations for Zomato's North and East India markets as Vice President and Sales Director before joining MobiKwik".

Commenting on his promotion, Saurabh Dwivedi, the newly appointed CTO, says "I am honored to take on this expanded role and excited to shape our AI powered technology vision".
