Tell us about the inception story of Nipurna and the benchmarks it has set in the industry so far. What makes the company and its SAP solutions unique?
Nipurna was founded in 2018, with the idea to provide job opportunities to the people of Salem (Tamil Nadu) which is also my native place. We started small with just one resource in 2018 but today we have grown to 15 resources suppor
ting various SAP Business By Design (ByD)and Customer for Cloud(C4C) partners across the world. We are the only company in the world that offers custom development as well as integration services that focuses primarily on SAP Cloud Application Studio (SDK) for multiple SAP Partners.
We are also looking forward to collaborating with SAP Partners who are working with large enterprises as well, especially in the area of SAP C4C and SAP CPI

What are the upcoming technological industry trends that the company is looking to adopt?
Today most companies are taking initiatives to stay digitally progressive. The current trend in the market is a majority of the applications used for digitalization initiatives are cloud-based. To match up with the current technology industry trends, we are leveraging cloud-based solutions to propel digitization in different companies.
Currently, companies are seeing huge value in automating the integration of multiple applications that they use. For instance, we integrated SAP ByD with the e-Commerce platform(Shopify, Shopware, Wondersoft), CRM, EDI, Expense Management Solutions, Payroll systems, e-invoice Portal and many more.
Tell us about the future plans of Nipurna?
On the technology side, we are planning to train our resources in SAP Business Technology Platform(BTP). Currently, we are working with SAP partners who are serving small or mid-scale enterprises. We are also looking forward to collaborating with SAP Partners who are working with large enterprises as well, especially in the area of SAP C4C and SAP CPI. We have already worked with partners in APAC including Japan, Korea, China, Middle-Eastern and the European region and we are now planning to expand in the US and Australia as well.
