Bharti Airtel, a prominent telecommunications provider in India, announced today that it has installed over 4300 new 5G sites throughout UP East in the past year, greatly enhancing its network coverage in the area.

The extensive network expansion was carried out in 48 districts of the UP East circle, serving 34 million individuals in urban areas, developing towns, and isolated rural villages. Airtel has expedited the deployment of high-speed connectivity by introducing an average of 12 new sites daily, guaranteeing that customers enjoy reliable performance for work, education, entertainment, and digital payments.

Consumers in Lucknow, Kanpur, Varanasi, Prayagraj, Gorakhpur, Ayodhya, Jhansi, and many additional districts will gain from this improved network coverage. The broadened coverage will facilitate smooth access to high-speed 5G services, meeting the daily digital requirements of citizens, students, micro-entrepreneurs, businesses, and government agencies in both urban and rural areas.

Supported by continuous investments in network density throughout rural, semi-urban areas, highways, border regions, and vital economic and cultural corridors, Airtel guarantees strong, future-ready connectivity even in high mobility and high usage environments
