Automation Anywhere, the top supplier of Agentic Process Automation (APA) and agentic solutions, revealed it has purchased Aisera, the foremost provider of agentic solutions for autonomous IT.

The acquisition enhances Automation Anywhere’s extensive AI portfolio and skills in automating essential enterprise processes by incorporating Aisera’s top-tier self-service agents for IT Service Management (ITSM), HR, and Customer Service, resulting in the most extensive agentic automation portfolios in the industry to provide autonomous operations across various departments and enhance both employee and customer experience.

Automation Anywhere and Aisera will collaborate to assist customers in speeding up their progress toward an Autonomous Enterprise, where as much as 80 percent of tasks are completely automated or supported by AI agents.

In an Autonomous Enterprise, human tasks are enhanced, expenses are minimized, processes are sped up, and customer satisfaction rises.
