Bombay Dyeing & Manufacturing Company has declared that Rohit Santhosh will serve as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Bombay Realty. This appointment is established under the company’s senior management title.

Santhosh possesses more than 17 years of experience in the real estate industry, showcasing a remarkable history in residential, commercial, industrial, and renewable ventures. Santhosh, a graduate of NIT Allahabad and alumnus of the Indian School of Business (Hyderabad), has served in significant leadership positions at CapitaLand, Godrej Properties, Lodha Group, and Shapoorji Pallonji.

At Bombay Realty, he will guide the company's vision for growth and innovation, directing strategic initiatives, improving operational efficiency, broadening project development areas, and guaranteeing sustainable, top-quality delivery in all sectors.

Santhosh has occupied top leadership positions at several of the nation’s leading real estate firms, such as CapitaLand, Godrej Properties, Lodha Group, and Shapoorji Pallonji, effectively managing projects in residential, commercial, industrial, and renewable sectors.
