Capgemini to Acquire Cloud4C

Capgemini has reached an agreement to purchase Cloud4C, a premier provider of managed services driven by automation for hybrid and sovereign cloud settings. Cloud4C aids businesses in migrating, managing, and optimizing their technology and data, utilizing its low-code, AI-ready platform along with industry-specific frameworks tailored to meet unique business and sector requirements.
As a leading global partner for SAP in S/4 HANA Cloud, Cloud4C has built robust partnerships with various essential technology providers and hyperscalers. The deal is anticipated to finalize in the upcoming months, pending regulatory approvals and other standard conditions for a transaction of this kind.
This purchase will broaden Capgemini's presence in the rapidly expanding cloud managed services sector. It will allow the Group to advance industry-specific packaged frameworks, intellectual property (IP), and generative AI (gen AI) solutions for managing the cloud and facilitating smooth migrations. It would simultaneously create instant cross-selling chances among Capgemini clients and provide Cloud4C’s clients with the extensive expertise of Capgemini.
Additionally, this deal will enhance Capgemini’s SAP leadership significantly in comprehensive SAP services by merging Syniti’s data proficiency with Cloud4C’s SAP cloud administration.
