Coforge Launches Private Equity Business Unit
Coforge Limited, a worldwide leader in AI-driven engineering services, announced today the establishment of a new division dedicated to the Private Equity (PE) industry.
Utilizing Coforge management’s outstanding history of transforming businesses such as NIIT Technologies, Incessant Technologies, SLK Global, Cigniti Technologies, and Encora LLC, this new division will capitalize on Coforge's knowledge and methodologies to assist PE firms in enhancing value.
Private equity firms are now more focused on operational transformation, enhancing EBITDA, and scaling growth areas to boost investment returns. Evolving market dynamics, difficult valuations, and extended holding durations have rendered robust portfolio performance and technological transformation crucial.

That execution intensity has helped us turn around a string of acquisitions and accelerate the growth and margin expansion across all our acquired entities. Our acquisition integration playbook has allowed us to leverage technology to create enterprise value at scale over the last decade. Consequently, this new business unit is aligned with our DNA as a company,” says Preeti Singh, Executive Vice President and Head of North America, Coforge.
