CuePilot AI Raises $1.8 Million in Pre-Seed Round
CuePilot AI, an AI-native, voice-centric platform designed for preschools and daycares, has secured $1.8 million in a pre-seed funding round. The funding round included involvement from Eximius Ventures and Titan Capital, and was spearheaded by Ronnie Screwvala of Unilazer Ventures and upGrad.
The firm will enhance its voice and AI orchestration framework, deliver integrations for key regions, and expand its market strategy across India, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia, subsequently entering the United States where ARPU (average revenue per user) is elevated and transaction volume is substantial.
CuePilot is a comprehensive preschool management platform that automates 80 percent of administrative tasks. Its voice-activated AI records brief teacher debriefs and classroom context, immediately transforming them into organized records, progress reports, and operational outputs.
This allows teachers to remain off screens and concentrate on students, while leaders obtain immediate transparency regarding academics, operations, billing, and admissions.

Ronnie Screwvala, founder, Unilazer Ventures says, “CuePilot is rethinking early education with an AI-native, voice-first approach — one that I believe will define the next major shift in how we interact with technology. Early learning is where outcomes are most foundational, and voice becomes the most inclusive and scalable way to deliver real-time personalization. The founders have a strong grasp of the preschool ecosystem and a well-balanced operating-product dynamic that positions them well to capture a large, evolving market.”

This funding comes as the worldwide early childhood education sector is anticipated to hit $676.7 billion by 2030.
Ankur Agarwal, co-founder and CEO, who previously launched Arthshala, a Reggio-inspired preschool in Kolkata says, “Preschool teachers have an exceptionally challenging job. Much of their workday is spent on activities outside the classroom, which is unfortunate. We built CuePilot to automate 80 per cent of that work and give them their time back, so they can spend time with children in the classroom.”
