Eternal Partners with OpenAI to Deepen AI Integration
The food delivery company Eternal announced it has broadened its strategic partnership with OpenAI to improve artificial intelligence (AI) features throughout its operations, which include Zomato, Blinkit, District, and Hyperpure, as well as its partner platforms and internal systems.
The partnership, which includes Eternal's Feeding India initiative and AI-native venture - Nugget, will emphasize AI implementations within Eternal's applications, highlighting the increasing significance of AI in India's digital commerce industry.
Eternal will collaborate with OpenAI's Enterprise API platform to investigate new methods for customers and partners to engage with its platforms, implement sophisticated AI tools within partner applications, and incorporate advanced coding models into its internal AI orchestration platform.
Eternal is enhancing AI infrastructure throughout its consumer and enterprise platforms, establishing AI as a core element within its commerce ecosystem.

The partnership also includes Nugget, Eternal's AI-focused venture, where OpenAI's models will be utilized for specific use cases to speed up product development and enhancement.
Internally, Eternal is also exploring the addition of OpenAI's newest coding models, like GPT-5.3-Codex, into Stitch, its proprietary automation and developer orchestration platform. Stitch drives comprehensive automation throughout both engineering and non-engineering roles.

Eternal and OpenAI will additionally investigate a partnership on a formal Partner Upskilling Program designed to promote AI implementation within Eternal's restaurant and delivery partner network. The initiative will emphasize implementing sophisticated AI tools and assistants in partner applications and portals to enhance operational efficiency, compliance, and business decision-making.
