Frog Innovations Limited (formerly Frog Cellsat Limited), an Indian telecom equipment manufacturer, has partnered with US-based wireless networking company LigoWave to manufacture wireless broadband and Wi-Fi products in India. Announced at India Mobile Congress (IMC) 2026, the partnership will market the products under the joint brand FROG LigoWave, with production expected to begin in 2026 at Frog Innovations’ Noida facility.

The partnership aims to tap into India’s growing demand for wireless broadband and enterprise Wi-Fi solutions. The PtP and PtMP radio equipment market is projected to grow from ₹2,200 crore in FY2025 to ₹4,840 crore by FY2032, while the enterprise Wi-Fi access systems market is expected to rise from ₹1,800 crore to ₹3,520 crore. Together, the segments represent a market opportunity exceeding ₹8,300 crore by FY2032.

The agreement marks Frog Innovations’ entry into wireless broadband and enterprise networking, expanding its portfolio beyond Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS). The planned range includes PtP and PtMP radios, enterprise Wi-Fi access points and advanced networking solutions for telecom operators, Internet Service Providers (ISPs) and businesses. The companies also aim to explore international markets through locally manufactured, competitively priced products.
