Hexaware Technologies, a worldwide supplier of IT services and solutions, revealed the selection of Aditya Jayaraman as Country Head for India.

He will drive Hexaware’s strategy and growth plan for enterprises and global capability centers (GCCs) within Hexaware’s GCC 2.0 framework, collaborating closely with customers and partner ecosystems.

Aditya possesses over 25 years of expertise in establishing and growing companies in cloud, consulting, IT, data, and AI/ML sectors. His career encompasses Bay Area SaaS startups as well as worldwide tech leaders. Most recently, he served as the technology head for AWS’s Hi-Tech sector in North America.

Throughout his career, Aditya has assisted over 150 North American Fortune 1000 companies in speeding up their digital transformation processes. He additionally co-founded a GenAI startup incubator and currently guides early-stage companies on concept development, product-market alignment, and go-to-market strategies. Recognized for his results-oriented method, Aditya assists teams in refining problem statements and achieving accurate business outcomes.

Aditya possesses a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from NIT Trichy, an MBA from IIM Calcutta, and is a holder of the CFA charter.
