Hitachi Vantara, Broadcom Unveil Powerful Private, Hybrid Cloud Solution

Hitachi Vantara, a subsidiary of Hitachi, Ltd., that specializes in data storage, infrastructure, and hybrid cloud management, along with Broadcom Inc., unveiled a powerful new private and hybrid cloud solution.

The co-engineered solution combines VMware Cloud Foundation with Hitachi Vantara's Unified Compute Platform (UCP) RS integrated systems solution to help enterprises manage the complexity resulting from significant data proliferation and the growing demands of artificial intelligence.

By integrating industry-leading automation and software-defined services with enterprise-tested infrastructure, businesses can modernize their infrastructure for increased scalability and performance at the same time as lowering total cost of ownership, energy use, and carbon footprint—all of which help to protect the environment and improve data infrastructure efficiency.
