Workspace provider Incuspaze has acquired VSKOUT, a B2B SaaS platform delivering tailored data analytics for commercial real estate (CRE), as part of a strategic initiative to enhance and incorporate advanced technological features.

The acquisition consists of a mix of cash and an equity exchange.

By merging Incuspaze’s broad presence across 50 locations and over 4 million sq. ft. with VSKOUT’s high-quality real estate intelligence, the newly formed entity aims to transform how Global Capability Centres (GCCs) and businesses approach expansion, site selection, and strategy development.

Market research indicates that the GCC sector in India is expected to expand from $64.6 billion in FY 2024 to between $99 billion and $105 billion by 2030.
