Infosys Gets Blue Acorn iCi Acquisition over the Line

Indian tech major, Infosys completes the acquisition of the award-winning digital customer experience, commerce and analytics company ‘Blue Acorn iCi’. Blue Acorn iCi is an Adobe Platinum partner based out of Charleston, US.

Infosys in fact has initiated the documentation on October 08, 2020. In a statement issues then Ravi Kumar S, President, Infosys, had said, “We are focused on partnering with global brands and CMOs to help them navigate their digital experience and commerce challenges. The Blue Acorn iCi acquisition is another important milestone in Infosys’ journey to build capabilities relevant to the digital priorities of our clients and reaffirms our commitment to the Adobe ecosystem. We are

Greg Boone, Co-CEO of Blue Acorn iCi, had also made a statement. With acquisition of Blue Acorn iCi, Infosys will have access to significant cross-technology capabilities through the convergence of customer experience, digital commerce, analytics, and experience driven commerce services. Recently, Infosys’ had also acquired WONGDOODY, which offers creative and marketing services. Now, the new acquisition further bolsters the company’s capabilities in the Adobe, Magento, Salesforce Commerce and Shopify ecosystems.
