Infosys to Enhance Field Services for Archrock

Infosys, the global leader in next-generation digital services and consulting, and Archrock, Inc. (Archrock), the leading provider of natural gas compression services in the U.S., have established a partnership to combine digital technology and mobile tools for field service professionals.

Infosys will use its pre-configured accelerator for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service Application as part of this engagement to streamline and improve Archrock's field services and operations.

Infosys was chosen by Archrock for its extensive experience and domain understanding in the energy sector, as well as its focused staff and powerful capabilities in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service market.

The field services platform will be connected with backend enterprise resource planning solutions by Infosys.

“Our collaboration with Infosys is part of a multi-year technology project to further enhance the value proposition to our customers, more effectively manage our assets, reduce our emissions footprint and yield attractive value for our shareholders,” said Eric Thode, Archrock’s Senior Vice President, Operations.
