IT Services Firm Xoriant Acquires TestDevLab
Engineering services company Xoriant has purchased TestDevLab, a software quality engineering expert based in Latvia, in an effort to enhance its presence in Europe and acquire skills in AI-powered quality engineering (QE).
The agreement represents Xoriant's fourth purchase in three years, as the ChrysCapital-backed company grows rapidly in international markets. Xoriant presently has 28 offices located in India, the US, and Europe.
Through this acquisition, Xoriant will gain access to top-tier engineering talent and established EU innovation hubs via TestDevLab’s delivery centres in the Baltics and Macedonia.
Although the companies did not reveal the size of the deal, insiders indicated that TestDevLab has a revenue of approximately $30 million.
Xoriant stated that the acquisition will enhance its abilities in AI for quality engineering and quality engineering for AI systems.

TestDevLab has a 14-year history in specialized QE fields including test automation, performance assessment, multimedia evaluation, UX, and accessibility testing. Over 500 engineers assist clients in global technology, consumer, and financial services.

The firm additionally manages a unique QE ecosystem, featuring tools such as Loadero and the AI-powered Barko agent.
