
Jeh Aerospace Raises $11 Million in Series A Funding Round

Jeh Aerospace secured $11 million in a Series A funding round headed by Elevation Capital, with involvement from current investor General Catalyst. The aerospace manufacturing firm recently made headlines for obtaining an undisclosed sum of funding from Indigo Ventures, the venture capital division of Indigo Airlines, in July this year.
The Atlanta-based startup, established by Vishal R. Sanghavi and Venkatesh Mudragalla, focuses on high-precision aerospace and defense manufacturing that complies with AS9100 standards, with its production facilities located in Hyderabad, India. With the new investment, the company is targeting the next stage of expansion, achievable through advanced software-driven manufacturing and increasing output by constructing mega factories in Hyderabad.

Co-founder and COO, Venkatesh Mudragalla says, “Jeh Aerospace has scaled from a team of five to over 100 members in 18 months since its seed round, delivered more than 100,000 flight-critical components and tools, and secured $100 million in long-term contracts from various OEMs. We have put together the top one percent of the aerospace talent that we have in the country. We have also set up the Jeh Centre of Aerospace Skills, where we train all of our employees, which is also helping us to scale up execution.”
