The artificial intelligence division of Ola Group, Krutrim, revealed its acquisition of the AI platform BharatSah'AI'yak from the technology consultancy firm Samagra for an undisclosed sum.

As part of this agreement, Krutrim has also integrated Samagra’s core AI team into its operations.

The AI-driven chatbot KumbhSah'AI'yak was created for Maha Kumbh 2025 to provide pilgrims with 24/7 guidance on rituals, navigation, accommodations, and attractions.

Incorporating BharatSah’Ai’yak into the Krutrim ecosystem expands its services, delivering advanced AI support to various government initiatives, programs, and schemes, thus promoting the democratization of AI and ensuring it is beneficial and accessible to all Indians.
