KSH Infra has raised over Rs 450 crore to develop a 50-acre industrial and logistics park in Hosur, Bengaluru, with a projected 1.25 million sq. ft. of development.

Alternative asset manager WSB Real Estate Partners (WSB) is putting in Rs 148 crore as equity, while KSH Infra is providing Rs 52 crore; the balance of Rs 250 crore will be acquired via debt. The collaboration is organized as an asset-level joint venture, where WSB and co-investors own 74 percent and KSH Infra maintains 26 percent.

The agreement signifies the start of a wider strategic partnership to investigate brownfield and greenfield investment possibilities in major Indian metropolitan areas.

KSH Infra, having completed four million sq. ft. and working on an additional three million sq. ft. in Bengaluru and Chennai, plans to expand by another 10 million sq. ft. by FY30. WSB, previously known as Walton Street India, has made investments of Rs 4,000 crore in Indian real estate since 2013, spanning over 70 transactions.
